Yesterday happened 2 cases that made me mad. Wonder how come this kind of people can survive in this world?

   Case 1 - my ex-superior still keep company's petty cash amount RM200.58. He never mention before hr left till one day accounts department ask me about this. THis i start to kindly ask him to transfer bak to me. The first friendly reminder was on Mid of June. Then he never bother me till end of june. Then i remind him again during July. If u text him, he wouldn't reply, when u called him, he said "okok, will do it". Till end of July, i still haven't seen the money. Yesterday, i text him, he didn't reply. i called him evening, Below are the conversation:

                       Me: "Yuxx, u very busy ah!"

                       Him: "yalor yalor"

                       me: "you haven't transfer money back to me!"

                      him: " yalor, yalor, u send again ur account to me!"

                      me: "i send to u before!"

                     him: " Yalor, i dun know where i keep! I transfer it later la"

   Till now, he haven't do so. So i pass this case to my existing superior.

 

   Case 2: I "asked" a new staff of my do not need to work start from monday.

              Reason 1) Because he apply 2 unpaid leave within 2 working weeks with unsolid reason. First time, he said he is sick, i asked him to see doctor, bring me MC. he didn't do so. Second time, which makes me made this decision. He said he went to KL for PC fair, and he missed the train back to IPOH. Not a solid reason rite? So i ask him no need come to work.

   then, i ask him return all office stuff on tuesday. He didn't come on Tuesday. I text him, he reply me he is still in KL. Wow!!!Still got mood. Great! He said he return on Wednesday. Till end of yesterday, he haven't come. I called him, he was in Kledang hiking, Wow! Mood so good! and he said he forget to bring his stuff back, leave it in KL, then he said he will return on next monday.

   now i want to see whether he will come on next monday or not.

 

   Sun, do u think these 2 people deserve to live on this planet?

           

                 

   My girl in office cry infront of me yesterday. Really surprise me, i never realise she is stress untill that extent. Her reason is she is not believe in the product that she is selling. This is bad for a sales exec, if u do not believe in your product, how are u going to sell to your customer?

   I can say she is weak, weak in persuade herself. but the other words is, she is a little girl, still do not know how to handle all this.

   Today is not monday blue. But is a bad day for me. I do not like to listen some voice with special meaning behind. This is so rude.Do not do this to me again, ok gal....
